Oracle’s User Productivity Kit or UPK is a Learning Management tool designed to improve your organization’s productivity by providing for and supporting the development, dissemination and monitoring of process-specific documentation and training aids.
Study after study have concluded that most organizations would benefit from the use of consistent and uniform process documentation and training aids, but the lack the internal resources is often cited as the primary reason for not pursuing them.
Recent research suggests that productivity improvements of between 10% and 15% are not uncommon when utilizing a well regarded Learning Management solution, in addition to improving employee job satisfaction.
One of the most frequent questions I get asked is in regards to Oracle’s support for various applications. Our customers want to know what kind of support they have and when that support starts to expire. It seems like I am asked the same support questions several times each month. Since people are asking about it so much, I figured I would just put that information in a place where people could get it whenever they needed it. PCI’s website seemed like a logical place to me.
